Our team of technical staff are all well trained and experienced, with each member specialising in one or more areas. Part of their responsibility is to try and promote understanding rather than being obscurely technical. JAD Logic can provide the on-site services throughout the South West, Devon, Cornwall and especially around the Plymouth area.

 

JAD Logic can be called upon for technical queries as and when they arise, however response times will fluctuate according to demand. This service is only available during normal business hours.

 

 

 

For more important systems we recommend a support contract, of which we offer a variety – ranging from

 

Telephone Support only

This contract allows for our staff to assist you over the telephone (and use remote access tools) but is dependant upon a person being in front of the troublesome system.

 

Pre-paid business hours only

In order to prioritise your call you can select to pre-pay for blocks of 20 hours of technical time. This time can be used as you wish, on whatever product you wish.

 

Business hours only.

If a problem cannot be resolved over the telephone in the first instance then an engineer can be despatched to your site, and will remain at the site until a resolution has been decided upon.

 

9am-9pm Mon-Fri (9am till noon Saturday)

An addition to “Business hours only”, this is mainly aimed at retail units and call centres that have extended operational hours.

 

24 x 7 Technical support

JAD Logic would remain the first point of contact, but the support contract is underwritten by Microsoft (or another third party) to take advantage of their support resources.

 

 

All of these contracts are customised to your individual needs after a site survey has been completed and hence no prices are displayed.  Contracts can include guaranteed response times, service level agreement and contingency planning.

 

A customer covered by a support contact will normally have a nominated JAD Logic technical support person to address issues.
