We have an immediate contract vacancy for a Technical Support person.

 

Based at our Plymouth office the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills accompanied with IT qualifications/experience, the ability to interact with clients answering technical support questions via email and telephone, the capability of providing technical support and troubleshooting issues, logging calls using the Call Management System, including writing customer reports.

 

Essential qualifications and skills:

 

• Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/7
• Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010, Microsoft IIS 6 & 7
• TCP/IP
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.
• VLAN, VPN, Routers and Switches
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Car owner

 

Contract Period: 12 weeks

Rate: To be agreed.
