Many companies have seen the benefits of outsourcing all of their IT administration to us. JAD Logic are very proud of the fact that we have achieved 100% renewal on all of our facilities management (FM) contracts to date. We predominantly provide these services across the South West, Devon, Cornwall and the Plymouth area.

The normal procedure for a new FM contract involves JAD Logic placing a senior technical specialist on-site for a sufficient period of time to enable them to understand your future IT requirements and current difficulties. This would involve:

Audit of all IT hardware and Software - Using a combination of existing data and our existing methodologies we would build a picture of your current systems.
Identify key focus areas such as security, licensing, disaster recovery etc..
Formulation of preliminary action plan to address key focus areas.
Implement change management procedures and system monitoring. After the initial period of discovery and the urgent key areas have been addressed, we would then baseline systems and have a measurement with which we can monitor their on-going performance.

We would then get into an ongoing loop, all of which is logged and reported upon. We would normally work in conjunction with your existing IT suppliers, such as ISP’s, communications providers and software providers. We often find that as a result of our efforts existing systems are reconfigured for more optimal use and we reduce costs by extending the life of hardware and applications.

Our trained technical and administrative staff have many tools and resources at their disposal, which are deployed as required. It is worth noting that the most comprehensive of these resources is the backing of Microsoft, with whom we can call upon 24x7 for planning purposes and problem resolution.
