• Ability to "top-up" when required

Level 2

Remote Support

 

• Priority service over non-maintenance and prepaid customers

• Unlimited technical support (Telephone, email and remote access)

• Includes all personal printers, scanners and other peripherals

• Discount of 15% for any installation services

• Discount of 15% for any required on site work

• Includes cover for common & current application software

 

 

Level 3 

Pro-Active Support

 

• Priority service over other customers.

• Unlimited technical support (Telephone, email and remote access)

• Discounted hourly rates for any installation services

• Discounted hourly rates for any required on site work

• Constant Server monitoring of key elements

• Regular manual checks of server and network health

• Monthly Server statistics report where required

• Monitor Server backup status

• Monitor Server anti-virus status

• Monitor Server anti-virus management package

• Install Server updates from Microsoft and other manufacturers

• Approve Microsoft updates on managed client solution. (WSUS)

 

 

 Level 4

Complete Managed Support

 

• Top level priority

• Regular scheduled on-site visits

• Unlimited technical support (Telephone, email and remote access)

• Installation of remote monitoring equipment free of charge

• Full inventory of all hardware and software installed on site

• Advice when equipment becomes out of warranty / due for replacement

• Constant monitoring of key elements on Servers

• Constant workstation and network printer monitoring

• Monthly Server statistics report where required

• Software license reporting

• Monitor Server backup status

• Monitor Server and Workstation anti-virus status

• Maintenance of anti-virus management package

• Installation and maintenance of Microsoft update management solution


 

 

Additional tailored options include:

• Installation services including structured cabling

• Disaster recovery planning

• Hosted mail servers including SPAM & AV filtering

• 24 x 7 Business critical software support underwritten by Microsoft

 

Hardware Maintenance contracts are also available for your critical equipment. These contracts are tailored to take into account both your equipments’ and your business’s requirements.

 

We also offer a print management contract. This takes the stress out of your printer systems as we will monitor all your printers and their requirements, ie. consumables, for you, enabling you to concentrate on your business.
